Alexei Popyrin has set up an Australian Open third-round clash with fourth seed Daniil Medvedev after a straight-sets win at Melbourne Park.
The talented 20-year-old downed Spaniard Jaume Munar 6-2 7-6 (7-5) 6-2 in two hours and four minutes on Thursday.
Popyrin's run matches his progression to last round 32 last year.
