Howell does it again! Tonight's Mike McAvoy age graded 3000m has fallen for the second consecutive year to Sue Howell with a stunning 87.2% grading [note 90%= world class]. Other standouts where Phil Shay and Kath Oliver posting National class performances. Oliver's run also set a new record for the distance. Andy Bruschi turned the tables on Shay in narrowly taking out the 800m. Many thanks to Martin, Fiona and Chris for officiating tonight.
