Friday, 15 February 2019: The Victoria Racing Club’s autumn celebrations have kicked up a notch with the announcement of Brooke Hogan as the VRC Autumn Ambassador.

Brooke burst onto the scene in 2013 as a contestant on Australia’s Next Top Model and since then has enjoyed a successful modelling career in Australia and abroad.

With more than 720,000 Instagram followers, the Melbourne-born model and TV presenter is a regular face on Flemington’s racing scene and will attend Australian Guineas Day on March 2, Super Saturday on March 9 and The All-Star Mile raceday on March 16.

“I am so excited to take on the role as the VRC’s ambassador for their autumn carnival. It’s such a wonderful time of the year in Melbourne and there is so much to enjoy at Flemington this March,” Miss Hogan said.

“To think there are three consecutive weekends of premium racing, incredible food and entertainment, there is fun to be had for everyone. I just can’t wait for it all to begin.

“It’s hard to pick which day I am looking forward the most but I love the sound of the Enchanted Forest on Australian Guineas Day for families and the Super Garden Party on Super Saturday sounds right up my alley.”

VRC Executive General Manager Customer Engagement Caroline Ralphsmith said Brooke was the perfect person to showcase the events and activities at Flemington throughout March.

“We are delighted to announce Brooke as the VRC autumn ambassador,” Ms Ralphsmith said.

“The VRC’s autumn racing calendar is action packed and we can’t wait for Brooke to experience the fabulous food, fashion, entertainment and racing at Flemington on each raceday.”
