RACE 1

LUCKY BOY (4) - Flashed home on latest start when the race was all over. He goes up in trip which should suit but small stakes are advised in what is a very weak Class 5 to kick start the day.

COOL CAT (9) - Local legend. The coolest of the cats has been in great form of late and once again can front up and perform with credit.

DRAGON GOLD (1) - The conditions suit this fellow and is one to put in to the numbers.

GOLDEN STATES (10) - The Ricardo Le Grange barn does not have many at this level and this 16-start maiden could offer up some value.

RACE 2

TRAPIO (9) - Superb performance last time. Bounced off from a very wide gate - progressed well in mid-division and
finished in the frame. Now has all the positives in this race - Inside 1 box, going an extra 200m and ace jockey Glen Boss on board - Kerching!

MONTE NERONE (2) - Won a trial in 61.39secs on 27th September. That should have put the horse spot-on for this race. A'Isisuhairi Harry Kasim prepped him in the trial - so now knows what he can do with the horse during this Restricted Maiden.

SOTHISTHEONE (4) - Has produced two fair efforts in this grade over 1200m. The extra 200m will suit even though the horse faded into fourth place last time.

CIRCUIT WINNER (6) - In a very shallow field - the newcomer may spring up in the exotics. Has trialled many times - so can hit the frame if the horse connects with Iskandar Rosman on debut.

RACE 3

SUN GENERAL (1) - Has shaped well enough in two starts to-date over shorter trips and has looked as if the step-up in distance will suit nicely.

BILLY BRITAIN (3) - Good old Billy proved he was no back number when registering his third course and distance success last time out. He is in good form and is certainly worth including here.

MATSURIBAYASHI (2) - A return to the Polytrack surface here can see him run well.

CHIEF CLERK (5) - It might be worth including this four-year-old once again, even though he was slightly disappointing last start.

RACE 4

SACRED TONIC (3) - Raced a little keen on local debut (high head carriage) but ran a solid race at the same time. Now has blinkers on and they can help him focus throughout the run now up in trip.

LIM'S PRIDE (7) - Forget his Novice run last time out and judge him on his debut when well backed and running second to Paddington. That form isn't the strongest on show (Attention second - disappointed since) but he is lightly-raced and can progress.

LUCKY ENOUGH (8) - The Copperbelt newcomers have been running well of late (No Fun No Gain, Hugo) and here Stephen Gray introduces a full brother to five-time winner Mr Crowe and has been seen to show up well at the trials. So would need to be taken seriously.

GEB WARRIOR (5) - Behind the selection last time out and on revised weights, he might have to work to confirm placings this time around.

RACE 5

THE ONE (5) - Ran a huge race over totally the wrong trip last time out (1100m) and being a course and distance winner back in May, he will be well suited by these conditions here. Big watch.

MONGOLIAN CHIEF (7) - Better than his latest run when never in the hunt over the mile behind Evil Speedo. Would be well handicapped on the pick of old form and has the assistance of the visiting Beau Mertens.

WALTERS BAY (9) - Ran a career-best when runner-up to Brilliant One last month and a repeat of that run gives him a shout.

DRAGON (3) - Quite possibly one of the hardest horses to predict in Singapore! A winner last start but never runs two races alike. Worth including because he makes for an exciting finish on a going day.

RACE 6

SUPER WIN (10) - Stepping out for only his second run and now on the turf, looks as if it will suit this son of Zoustar. Well-fancied on debut and running well for fourth at $19, he can go a few places better now.

LORD JUSTICE (8) - Having only his third run and second on the turf for this well related four-year-old from the in-form stable of Stephen Gray. The form of his latest start is holding up well and caught the eye at the trials recently also. Big show.

LIM'S RHYTHM (2) - The most experienced runner in the field and his latest run over the 1200m should put him in the shake-up.

ELITE TRIPLEEIGHT (7) - A 4yo half-brother to a couple of winners up to 1800m and he cost NZ$60,000 as a two-year-old at New Zealand Bloodstock. He trialled okay on his second local trial and is one to watch.

RACE 7

SAHABA (2) - Beginning to look rather nicely-handicapped on the pick of his form and a good second off Friday's mark of 55 gives him a huge shout in this with a crack 3kg apprentice booked.

CAI POH WANG (1) - Just behind Sahaba last time around and looks weighted to be held by that rival again but can be the one to give the top pick most to think about.

KING KONG (4) - This Cliff Brown galloper has been largely disappointing since winning back in January 2017 but perhaps a return to the turf can spark him back into life.

EDDIE GRAY (7) - A last-start winner over slightly shorter and must be included for exotics.

RACE 8

FIRE AWAY (7) - Won impressively on debut in Restricted Maiden grade. This assignment is definitely tougher but he appears to have the upside to improve. Needs the right breaks from the wide alley but expect bold showing with Michael Rodd onboard.

QUANTUM (3) - On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials to this affair which includes a win at Sandown last year over 1400m. Wasn't tested in a recent trial but is capable of performing fresh.

GREAT SEVEN (2) - Performed well fresh after a long break. Will strip fitter for this affair second-up and is well drawn to contend at the business end. Will appreciate the 3kg claim of stable apprentice jockey Simon Kok Wei Hoong.

RED SYMPHONY (10) - Finished well down the track last time out but goes back to the T/D he won on two starts ago. Capable of making amends with John Powell retaining the ride and must be included in the mix.
