RACE 1

GOL GOAL (3) – Ran on well for fourth last time out. Jumps from the inner alley and can give short-term visiting Adelaide-based Irish apprentice jockey Emily Finnegan her first taste of success at Kranji.

MONEY KING (6) – Lengthened up nicely last start to score going away. Up in grade but there is no reason why he cannot measure up here. Wide barrier does not matter all that much as he gets back.

EL CAMINO (2) – Weakened out of it over 1800m last time. First-up run over 1400m was a lot more encouraging. Can bounce back to better things here.

SUN EMPIRE (9) – Will go forward from low gate. No weight on his back. May hang on for a podium finish with some luck.

RACE 2

OUR SHOWCASE (5) – Has all in his favour. First run under the belt will see him strip fitter, has drawn an alley and has Michael Rodd up.

AUTUMN ASSAULT (12) – Two-year-old who nearly toppled Pennywise on debut. Takes on older horses but gets the benefit of weight relief down to 49.5kgs. Big say.

FAME STAR (9) – Brilliant second to the smart Miss Dusty second-up. Does have raw ability which blinkers will aim to channel into the right flow. Can make the board.

SATELLITE WARRIOR (2) – Best form seems to have come on Polytrack. Looking for more ground. Place claims.

RACE 3

HEARTLIGHT (1) – Very forward first-up and has trained on since. Seems to have tightened up further. Can step up to slightly better opposition.

CLARTON TREASURE (5) – Did a few things wrong at his maiden run but still produced a solid effort to account for rivals. Can make further headway. In the hunt for a long way.

SAHABA (2) – First run for new yard. Never a threat last time. Can redeem himself.

FEROCIOUS (7) – Showed such promise as a juvenile, but form seems to have tapered off. Marble one. Don’t write him off too soon.

RACE 4

DAZZLING SPEED (2) – Relative newcomer with good natural speed. Improving with each run. Won’t be long before we see him at the winner’s circle.

BRINGER OF WAR (1) – Needed the run at her racing comeback. Should be fitter for the run. Senior jockey on is a good pointer.

GOLDEN THUNDER (6) – Put a line through last run when he was caught wide throughout. Drawn awkwardly again but if he can tuck in somewhere with cover, he should not be left out of calculations.

SWEDISH MEMORIES (3) – Did not do too badly at his last start. Blinkers have sharpened him up. Can make presence felt here.

RACE 5

LORD OF CLOUD (4) – Should have finished closer in the Singapore Guineas. Was poleaxed on the rails at the 300m. Back in easier company and will be a big threat when he winds down late.

LITTLE BIG MAN (6) – Goes well for Olivier Placais. Tackles tougher opposition but can still finish in the money.

NEPEAN (1) – Did not handle the Polytrack at his last start. Back on turf. Previous form on turf was consistent. Solid claims.

AUSPICIOUS DAY (5) – Another one testing himself against stronger company. Drop in weight will help. Stiffer task but should still be thereabouts.

RACE 6

NOVA STRIKE (1) – First Singapore-trained horse in the Kranji Mile when third to Southern Legend and Horse Of Fortune. Always tries his best. Will take some beating in this.

PREDITOR (3) – Snagged back to the rear from the wide alley in the Kranji Mile. Stood superior adversaries from Hong Kong too much ground to be of any winning chance. Still made up good ground. Back in his element and must be respected, even if he had no luck at the gates again.

BLUE SWEDE (7) – Flew home for fourth to stablemate Preditor two runs back. In-and-out performer but who can pop up when least expected.

FORTUNE WINNER (8) – Found the Lion City Cup a little too nippy for her liking last time out. Will be better suited over 1400m. Decent claims if she gets the right breaks.

RACE 7

WAIALAE (2) – Will need to do some work from wide alley to take up customary spot. Can still pinch the race if Michael Rodd can give him an economical run.

SILENT PRINCE (10) – Don’t underestimate him. Honest sort who seldom runs a bad race. Can pinch a place.

MOMENT OF JUSTICE (7) – Showed a return to form two starts back with blinkers on but went backwards next time out. Take on trust.

LUCKY TIGER (1) – Drops back in class after finding Class 3 company a bit harder to tackle. Trip suits. Chance if he gets a cosy run in transit.

RACE 8

LIM’S MAGIC (7) – Proved he could hold his own when he steamed home late for third in the Stewards’ Cup. Will lap up extra 200m. Has drawn barrier No 1.

ELITE INVINCIBLE (3) – Gun Irish import who gained a well-deserved first Group victory in the Group 2 Stewards’ Cup. Mile will be even more up his alley. Leading chance.

ONLY WIN (6) – Made ground when it was all over in the Stewards’ Cup. Underrated sort who can spring a surprise if he enjoys an economical run in transit at the back.

COUNTOFMONTECRISTO (1) – Had a bit of stop-and-start run in the Stewards’ Cup. Worth better. Has drawn off the track, which does not help his cause. Will be in the mix.

RACE 9

MAGNIFICENT GOLD (7) – Started to take closer order late at his last outing. Will enjoy the rise to 1800m. Big say.

EASTER MATE (2) – Came from the clouds only to find one better in Claudia’s Beauty last time out. Huge threat if he reproduces the same run here.

GOLD CITY (3) – Model of consistency who scored at her last start thanks to a gem of a ride from Michael Rodd. Vlad Duric takes over and she should figure prominently again.

ARHAT (1) – Down in class. Seems to have lost his old dash, but may suddenly regain it in easier company.

RACE 10

ABSOLVIDO (9) – Impressive winner at his last start even though he was all at sea at the 400m. Produced late burst once he found daylight. On that form, he will be hard to topple.

SANDTOP (2) – Former Macau Group winner who is knocking on the door. Needs longer but if they roll along, he can finish over the top of them.

BIG WAVE (1) – Showed a lot of fight at his last win. Has trained on and will go close again, especially from low draw.

SEBASTIAN BACH (7) – Had every chance at his last couple of starts but could not quite ping when required to do so. Keep safe.
