RACE 1
PEER GYNT (7) – His 4th beaten 2L to the great Debt Collector in the Group 2 3yo Classic (’16) is now but a distance memory! But the fact he finds himself in a Class 5 for the first time is very interesting, a lot is taken on trust, but if returning to something like his best, he has every chance.
AEOLUS (1) – Although he doesn’t win very often (1-21), he has been very consistent of late and has run his two best races this year over C/D, not one for big stakes, but this 4yo has some of the best forms on show.
ANY RUMOUR (10) – Judged on his performance two back when a close-up 3rd behind Land Below D Wind, he has to be an each-way hope in this.
SUN FORCE (8) – Yet to show a great deal in 14 runs in Singapore, but has finished 2nd in two trials recently. Chance for the quartet.

RACE 2
BELT AND ROAD (2) – Was slow away after jumping awkwardly out of the gates. Carried plenty of support, was only fair.
CONSERVATION (10) – Had plenty of fans on debut and boxed on ok into 4th placing. Worth considering again in this line-up.
SATELLITE MASTER (5) – Interesting runner in the field who won a trial well enough last week with Glen Boss on board.
BAN THE DOUBT (12) – Only one run so far for third placing, wasn’t the worst of efforts after being three wide without cover.

RACE 3
SNIP (3) – Racing in good form at the present time out of the Dan Meagher stable, no match for the winner after sitting in the death seat.
LUCKY MASTER (7) – Broke his maiden status last start with a Maiden 1100m victory, meets a slightly tougher field here.
PREFERRED (10) – Keeps returning a cheque for his owners and deserves a win now. Must be respected for the multiples.
THE COSMOS (11) – Hasn’t been far away in his last couple of efforts for sixth placing’s. Settled a long way back last time.

RACE 4

KASHAN (3) – Looked the winner last time out but just could not bridge the gap. Has kept up the same form and can be backed again.

KING CROSS (9) – Not without a nice turn of foot and pops up now and then. Awkward alley is not a major hindrance as he gets back. Throw him in the mix.

GOLD CUSTOMER (8) – Still a maiden after 24 starts but latest efforts under new handler Tan Kah Soon have not been without merit. There is a race for her soon.

MILITARY ALLIANCE (1) – Getting on in years. Made some ground at his last run. Place is not beyond him.

RACE 5

O’REILLY BAY (5) – Will strip fitter after huge effort first-up. Trainer Bruce Marsh holds a good chance of breaking the duck here.

NINETYSEVENEMPEROR (10) – Showed return to form in two starts this season. Ran on with blinkers off last start. Can threaten.

SAHABA (6) – Looked like he would oblige as the favourite first-up but was upstaged by big outsider Ben Gunn. Extra 200m suits but wide gate is against him.

SECRET SQUIRREL (12) – Showed nice turn of foot last start even if he came nowhere near threatening impressive debut winner Mister Yeoh. On the up and can put up a forward showing here, especially with the booking of Glen Boss.

RACE 6

DEE DEE D’OR (2) – Ran a huge race in the Group 3 Fortune Bowl to only be beaten 2l in to 4th place, has trialled nicely since and this trip should bring out the best in him.
DARSHINI (5) – Not beaten far in last year’s El Dorado Classic, he is another getting up over his ideal trip and was seen to run a good 3rd to Black Swan last time, should get involved on his best form.
EXCELLENCY (3) – Caught the eye in a recent trial when running on into 3rd stylishly, very useful in Europe and would appreciate any give in the ground.
CHAIRMAN (1) – Stout stayer who is now back over an ideal trip and is eased in grade, quartet player.

RACE 7
CLASSIC (1) – Racing in good enough from at the moment to give this a shake. Looked to have every chance last time out.
DON DE LA VEGA (2) – Still a horse that is learning and on the up. Good second last time out but was no match for the winner.
NEPEAN (3) – Keeps getting better since his arrival from Australia, was seen running on well at the end last time.
WHAT’S NEW (9) – Another in the race for trainer Cliff Brown; not much luck last time but worth following into again.

RACE 8
COULD BE PEARLS (1) – Should take a stack load of improvement from his last effort up 38kgs, definite multiples chance.
CURVATURE (7) – Went round at a short quote again last start and delivered. Looks up to this type of race at his third run.
MR COLIN (10) – Faces his biggest test to date but has won his only two starts very nicely. Should be suited by the 52kgs.
WONDERFUL KNIGHT (6) – Could be a dangerous frontrunning prospect if he was to get his own way. Market watch required.

RACE 9
AUGUSTANO (1) – Has won his last two in good style but looking to break his non winners tag on the turf. Good enough to do so.
BE BEE (4) – Few good runs against the older horses but is now back in his own age group for the first time since a 2YO, blinkers also come off.
FILIBUSTER (16) – Talented filly that is big in size but has a ton of ability. Missed last start but clearly good enough to bounce back
MISTER YEOH (13) – Surprised everyone last start with the whopping margin he won by, had been unlucky prior in Australia. Surprise packet maybe?

RACE 10
MR SCORSESE (1) – Was seen doing his best work at the finish last time in a Kranji C, looks to be a must include in this race.
KING LOUIS (8) – Nice type, had a good run in transit last time. Trialled okay since and he’s a horse they rate as a Guineas type.
COLCHESTER (2) – Put to bed some bad form last time with a win at blowout odds, wouldn’t be a surprise if he backed it up.
O’WHAT A FEELING (6) – Led the field last time and produced a good kick last start, not without a chance in this field.

RACE 11
LIM’S BLAST (8) – Produced a really nice effort last start to only go down 0.5L course/distance, worth following again from gate 1.
MR CROWE (2) – Been a while since he has produced something worth crowing about but should be respected.
TALES OF SUMMER (3) – It wasn’t that long ago when this horse was running in Kranji D, two very good efforts recently.
IMPERIAL WIN (9) – Had his first run back after his third name change, obviously he liked the
