Super Power
Super Power

RACE 1
INVINCIBLE MAN (6) – Won really convincingly last time out in Class 5 company and this race isn’t much stronger than that, every chance of another big run.
HERO CHAMPION (3) – Will find this grade of race slightly easier and the booking of Olivier Placais is a positive one.
GREAT SEVEN (2) – Carried 59kgs to Class 5 success when last seen, conditions will suit and has a top jockey to ride.
SABIK (9) – Now finds himself racing at a more realistic level here and could show enough improvement to make it into the top four.

RACE 2
BASILISK (1) – In-form horse that has only been out of the money once. Has been working well, goes close here.
AYUTTHAYA (5) - Newcomer who has looked all right in a couple of trials, good barrier draw for debut.
ZULU WARRIOR (10) – Has been given plenty of time to get over his last run back in November, both starts well supported.
WHAT’S NEW (11) – She is drawn an awkward barrier for Rodd/Brown which won’t be easy, looks to have ability.

RACE 3
SUPER POWER (3) – Led and won easily last start. Has won a trial since and looks hard to beat again.
MARVEL HERO (2) – Promising type now with Lee Freedman. Trialing well and runs well fresh.
DALGETY (1) – Newcomer to Singapore who won at Sandown in Victoria on a wet track. Senior rider and blinkers on.
GOLD CITY (4) – Failed to fire last time. Trialled since and should be a sharp improver.

RACE 4
INTROIT (1) – Has some handy form in NSW, placing at Hawkesbury over 1400m. Trials have been okay and rates a chance.
KING OF HOUSEHOLD (8) – Stuck on well last time over 1400m when leading. Rates a chance again
LEONARDO (2) – Ran well from wide stall in Class 5 company. Harder here but has a much better gate.
MONSTER ENERGY (10) – Can improve with a decent barrier draw and has the blinkers back on.

RACE 5
WOODEN HEART (11) - Extremely promising type who posted terrific debut win. Should be a short-priced favourite here with the light weight.
OHYIOH (4) - Produced a very nice performance first-up. Further improvement needed but rates a quartet contender.
CHARGER (7) - Enjoyed an excellent first season in Singapore. Has trialled well for his return.
GOL GOAL (1) - Highest-rated runner in the field who has been hitting the line hard recently

RACE 6
FIGHTING WARRIOR (2) – Hit and miss, only 1 win from 18 runs but that was in a stronger race than he meets here.
GENERAL CONATUS (7) – Has only had a handful of runs for Tan Kah Soon. Winner two back in C5 1400, chance on his day
TRIGAMY (14) – Second emergency, five unplaced runs to date but was seen to be winning a trial last week. Has claims.
MONGOLIAN CHIEF (11) – Never got warm last start at $32 over 1800m, only his fourth ever start over 1400m

RACE 7
MOKASTAR (7) – Winner on latest start by over 2 lengths, looked good when scoring in recent trial. Leading contender.
MACARTHUR (3) – Made all to win on this surface when last seen (July ’17), Group 3 placed and goes well fresh.
HIMALAYA DRAGON (6) – A model of consistency and more than capable of another top four finish here.
ELITE POWER (13) – Needs to get a run, but if doing so, put in a really nice run on local debut and should go close again.

RACE 8
SPIRIT SEVEN (2) – Has not drawn a kind barrier (14) but improved vastly last start from a wide gate and big price last start.
GEORGIO (3) – He hasn’t been far away recently, 1kg claim of Troy See is an asset. Placed third in a trial recently.
JOYOUS (8) – Was a close up second last start, has the benefit of a 4kg claiming rider. Drawn nicely for this.
ARCHER COMPANY (10) – Has been at $29 and $41 for his last two starts. Horse who doesn’t win out of turn. One to watch.

RACE 9
ECLIPSE SPLASH (7) – Bold frontrunner who has had some time off. He has had four recent trials to prepare for this.
CERTAINLY (6) – Bumped into one better last time when gallant in defeat. Will rely on a strong tempo to produce big finishing burst.
WEBSTER (12) - Not having much luck with barrier draws currently. Going well, but will need luck.
ABSOLUTE MIRACLE (3) – Had excuses last start. Down in grade and working well for a return to form.

RACE 10
YULONG FAST STEED (2) – Interesting newcomer to Singapore. Twice a winner in Ireland and did finish 5th in the 2016 Windsor Castle stakes at Royal Ascot, has trialled nicely, one to watch.
BRINGER OF WAR (7) – Speedy filly who has won over C/D last June and ran a good second to improving sort last time out, big player but has a bad barrier.
HOWL (8) – Lightly-raced type who came good last start, having first run on Polytrack here and has scope for further improvement.
MY HORSE (9) – All form is on Polytrack and is a must for quartet.

RACE 11
SAHARA EAGLE (2) – First starter in Singapore; won and placed twice in Australia. Good trial when winning last week.
ONE KINABALU (4) – Won a trial nicely over Red Symphony, was competitive last time over 1200m, 1400m suits.
RED SYMPHONY (5) – Has failed in both runs to date but had scored in Australia in 3 runs. Trialled nicely, worth a look.
LITTLE BIG MAN (8) – Boxed on okay last start when placed third and has raced in better races than this. Trialled last week for third.
