Racecourse : Kranji
Racecourse : Kranji

RACE 1

NOVA FACTOR (4) - Two good efforts in defeat in Open Maiden company recently and looks good enough to win a race like this.
DON'T WORRY (1) - Better last time back in Class 5 grade and has a good 2kg claimer booked to offset the big weight also, bold show expected.
LEGEND ROCKS (3) - Now gets blinkers back on and is returning to this company, which must be a big plus. He should be right there at the business end.
JUMPIN JACK (2) - The jockey booking of Vlad Duric catches the eye and he is getting to a more workable mark now. One to watch.

RACE 2

SATURDAY (11) - Raw and untapped young horse who did a good job on debut. Was checked early then held up entering the straight and still was beaten only 1.2L when third. Improver
KIMITONARA (10) - Led everywhere bar the finishing post on debut. Fitter and can roll forward again. Will give a great sight on speed.
AWESOME CONQUEROR (4) - Has shown a bit at the trials, watch betting
SMOKE AND MIRRORS (1) - Disappointing last time but is better than that. Trainer Lee Freedman has taken the blinkers off and added the noseband. Can offer improvement.

RACE 3

BLUESTONE (4) - Unbeaten in two both on turf and the Polytrack and looked good in a recent trial. He is making himself known as one of the better three-year-olds and even if not 100%, he can prove good enough here.
AUTUMN ASSAULT (3) - Has now joined Steven Burridge and has had three trials in preparation for this. His recent course and distance form includes an 8 ¼-length victory and a good third to Revolution back in February. He can give Bluestone most to think about.
BEER GARDEN (6) - Broke the maiden tag last time out and has gone up five points for that win. He is back on the synthetic surface which poses no worries to him and he can run well here now into handicap company.
PERFORMANTE (9) - Down in grade and might be able to offer decent value against some nice types. Place chance.

RACE 4

QIJI DIAMOND (2) - Only narrowly came off second best to Beer Garden last time. Now gets a tongue tie added and Vlad Duric stays onboard at 54.5kgs. He has the strongest form claims and should prove tough to beat.
DELAWARE (6) - A very pleasing debut when running home well for third in the race won by Celavi. The extra distance will suit this son of Shooting To Win very well and looks the type to continue improving.
SABAH STAR (11) - A Copperbelt newcomer. Look past the latest trial (which wasn't bad by any means) and judged on his ORT trial, he clearly has an engine and is one to keep an eye on.
TWILL GUY (13) - Unbeaten in two trials in preparation for this debut and has a nice barrier, it would be no surprise to see him figure here. Interesting runner.

RACE 5

PINDUS (1) - Not one to fully rely on but is now racing on turf for the first time here and champion jockey Vlad Duric will ride him for the first time in a race (has trialled him). If he puts his best hoof forward, he is good enough to win this.
LIM'S MOMENT (10) - Beaten on debut when well fancied in what looked a weak race. The runner-up Romantic has won since and although he is drawn in Marsiling, he can go well again.
FLYING TOURBILLON (9) - Has had two trials which have not looked too bad to the eye and can prove an interesting runner in this race.
QIJI FLYER (2) - Won a trial and conditions will suit him here. One to include for the top 4.

RACE 6

HIGH LIMIT (2) - Has been running home well in a couple of recent starts and this race looks tailor-made for him here. Leading chance.
MA BAO (6) - Ran a career best last time out when third to Roman Classic over course and distance. If he repeats that effort, he will be a good chance.
FEROCIOUS (10) - Back to racing on the Polytrack and is in sound form, place chance.
HOST THE NATION (3) - Has now dropped to a mark of 42 and has plenty of proven form.

RACE 7

ALTAIR (6) - Looked very smart in landing two Class 4 events so far here in Singapore and now finds himself in Class 3 for the first time. The win last time was impressive to the eye and the handicapper saw fit to put him up seven points. He is a class act who can get beyond this company on the way to more sought-after prizes.
RIVER RADIANCE (11) - Now two from four in his short career and won very nicely when last seen. Last of eight in a recent trial but was under an extremely tight hold and eased out of the finish. He is very smart and can certainly give Altair plenty to think about.
SUPER POWER (12) - A course and distance winner who has won a trial ahead of lining up here for Ricardo Le Grange and the tip in itself may well be that champion jockey Vlad Duric will sweat down to ride at 54kgs.
SIR ISAAC (5) - Only a point higher than his last win in a Kranji Stakes A over the course and distance and did win a trial recently. On the pick of his form he is more than capable of getting involved here.

RACE 8

LIM'S ZOOM (2) - Performed gallantly in defeat last start. Drops back in journey which will be no problem and is capable of running time on the clock. Expect a bold showing.
TOM CAT (9) - Impressive maiden winner last start. Has the upside to improve, so must be respected in this suitable assignment. Major player with even luck.
MACH (12) - Has been tending to mix form but finds conditions to suit over 1100m on the Polytrack. Capable of contending with the lightweight, so don't dismiss.
MIG PIERRO (4) - On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials to this affair so keep safe. Monitor parade/market.
