Agent Pippa  will be a surprise runner at Thursday's Coffs Harbour Cup meeting in 800m sprint with Hugh Bowmna booked to ride her under the big weight of 62.5kg.

"There is nothing in Sydney in the next couple of weeks for Agent Pippa, so Coffs Harbour is our option," Lees said.

Agent Pippa, who will be a 4YO on the opening day of a new season on Thursday, created a big impression at her first start for Lees when she led throughout to easily beat her own sex over1100m at Rosehill on July 13.

A three-times winner in Perth – including the G3 Gimcrack Stakes (1100m) as a two-year-old at Ascot – Agent Pippa is now raced by a syndicate headed by Australian Bloodstock. The partners include Aquis Farm and Dahlia Bloodstock.

Lees has nominated three horses for Thursday's $150,000 Coffs Harbour Cup (1600m) - Hallelujah Boy (61kg), Mr Garcia (60.5kg) and Top Prospect (54kg).

"There's a possibility all three will run," Lees said.

Lees increased his record tally of winners for the season to 249 when Red Heat won at Taree on Monday/

He hopes to crack 250 with runners at Cessnock on Tuesday and Warwick Farm and the Sunshine Coast on the final day of the season on Wednesday.
