Friday, 14 June 2019: Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for Australian TAB meetings on June 14.

Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Friday at Dubbo, Goulburn, Geelong, Toowoomba & Carnarvon.

Goulburn: Race 2 @ 12:35pm

Oksal and Fusca from adjoining gates will match motors early and set up a slick tempo. OKSAL (4) took over a long way from home then fought back when headed at the furlong to be beaten under a length over 1300m here last start. Suited coming back slightly in distance and is sure to take plenty of running down. ZEDFORCE (6) has enjoyed a 47-day let-up since scoring a commanding win over 1400m at this track. Placed twice over this trip to kick off this campaign so while fresh is likely to be very competitive. HEAVENLY THUNDER (1) did a bit of work to find the lead here recently over 1400m and was there until the 100m before being swamped. Has had a four-week break since that run. Takes a sit this time and will be tough to hold out. Last start maiden winner ANGIOLINI (2) has each-way claims. [b]SELECTIONS:[/b] #4 Oksal looks very hard to beat.

Dubbo: Race 3 1:35pm

Four or five potential leaders here in what should be a sizzling five furlong contest. JETGIRL (5) surrendered an early led but came again to finish 3rd over 1100m at Hawkesbury last start under 60kgs. Course and distance specialist who drops sharply in weight today. Matt Cahill is an important booking - he has three wins and two placings aboard this mare from six rides. ANNA'S JOY (1) lost ground sharply before the turn and was never a factor last time out over 1100m at Rosehill. Talented mare with a fine record at this trip and might be sparked back into form today with the application of blinkers. GWENNETH (3) cannot be underestimated first up. Was beaten less than a length over this trip at Flemington last prep to underline her ability when on-song. Goes well fresh so keep her very safe. BEEOKAY (7) is progressing well this prep and has each-way claims. [b]SELECTIONS:[/b] Keen on #5 Jetgirl.

Geelong: Race 7 @ 3:00pm

SUPREME HARMONY (2) missed the hat-trick by a nose this grade at Ballarat making another ratings leap. He peaks now from a low draw and rates to win. OUTBOARD MOTORS (12) was good resuming and then disappointed on the synthetic. Should be ready to find her best and that gives her a chance. LOVIN TH'CASTLE (10) resumes and has placed in that state. He's up to this and keep safe. ROCK PEARL (4) is also well in the mix. [b]SELECTIONS:[/b] #2 Supreme appealed before the scratchings of the dangers and should be winning.

Toowoomba: Race 3 @ 4:25pm

SMOKEY DIAMOND (1) chased well to be beaten less than 2L last time. Had kicked off this campaign with a win and a second. Will be race fit now and this suits. ROMAKASH (3) dropped out badly last time but he was racing in good form before that. Prepared to forgive one bad run. HOWICK (4) couldn't get into it last time but had decent form in NSW before that. Chance off that. [b]SELECTIONS:[/b] #1 Smokey Diamond finds the right race. Backing to win.
