Gingerella winning
Gingerella winning

RACE 1

FULL LUCK (4) – Raced a bit flat last time but this horse has shown enough to be winning a race of this nature on his best form. From the good draw here, is worth another chance.

SUCCESS COME TRUE (3) – Placed in past two starts at Class 5 level and should be competitive again. Include.

ROCKET FIGHTER (1) – Drops back to Class 5 from recent racing in tougher company. Drawn wide but does have early speed and if able to cross, has a winning chance.

SPECIAL RAIN (2) – Another horse back to Class 5 here. Monitor any betting moves.

RACE 2

LEGEND ROCKS (7) – Ran very nicely on debut finishing off strongly after over-racing during the event. If able to settle and obtain clear galloping room in the straight this horse should let down well at nice odds.

MAGNUM FORCE (11) – Improving type drawn to get a perfect run on the speed here. Was really good last time and looks a danger.

OCEAN CROSSING (9) – Gets the blinkers on first time here and after a pleasing debut looks a strong winning hope for Ben Thompson and Lee Freedman.

TOOSBIES (1) – Honest type coming off a good return behind the promising Siam Mp on Feb 1. Will go forward here and make his own luck, will be in it for a long way.

RACE 3

MO ALMIGHTY (5) – Resumes here following a quiet trial. Looks a talented horse and last time we saw him he finished second to Bold Thruster in the Group 3 Saas Fee Stakes. With any luck from barrier 7 in the field of 10 he will prove very hard to beat.

SIAM MP (9) – Strong debut win fighting back to win comfortably in the end. Looks a bright prospect and could take the next step here. Respect.

FAME STAR (1) – Tried hard behind Gingerella in a Novice 1200m event last start. Should get a nice run here up on the speed and will run boldly again.

WINNING HOBBY (10) - Recorded a dominant maiden win on debut February 1 and is another promising young horse. He did get a perfect run in that race though and may not get the same favours here after drawing wide. Needs luck.

RACE 4

SUPER JACKPOT (1) – On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials to this affair. Has only trialled fairly but recent trackwork indicates a bold showing. Respect.

ELENA OF AVALOR (2) – Has been constantly knocking on the door to win a race. Well suited over the track/distance and gets her chance to get into the winner’s circle. Major player.

SPOKESMAN (5) – Showed an improved effort last start when entering Class 5 for the first time. This race has similar depth, so must be respected with a repeat dose. In the mix.

CALL IT (6) – Has struggled to fire a shot in 12 career outings but brings residual fitness from last preparation. Worth considering for the minor end from the good draw.

RACE 5

REVOLUTION (2) – Is a very smart Polytrack horse and ran super behind Pennywise last time. Pennywise got a very soft lead in that race and this horse did a fine job to run him to a half-length margin. Looks clearly the horse to beat.

AUTUMN ASSAULT (9) – Was scratched last week but returns here and although drawn wide should be respected. Won a Class 4 by eight lengths last preparation and has run in two Group races. So connections clearly have an opinion of this horse.

YABADABADOO (3) – Always around the mark in these types of races. Expecting him to run well again – just struggling to break through and win at the moment.

LONGHU (4) – Drawn to cover no extra ground from gate 1 and should have enough pace to utilise the inside draw. Competitive.

RACE 6

NADEEM SAPPHIRE (3) – Handy performer who is well credentialled and still has the upside to improve. Rises in journey to 1600m for the first time which looks no issue. Expect bold showing.

YULONG SHENGDAO (7) – Showed improvement last time out when stepping up in trip. Remains at the same distance so must be considered with a repeat dose. Can fight out the finish.

HIDDEN PROMISE (4) – Experienced campaigner who hasn’t been far from the mark in recent outings and definitely finds a suitable task to contend off a fair rating. Worth thought on best efforts.

LIM’S PERSHING (10) – Has been out of form in recent times but is capable of being competitive off a winnable rating. Needs luck from the wide draw but mustn’t be ignored.

RACE 7

ZAC KASA (6) – Smart sprinter returning from a break here. Trialled very nicely on Tuesday and looks ready to go first-up. He will take natural improvement from this run but he should be able to roll forward and find a nice position here giving him his chance.

BE BEE (9) – Outstanding return win in a Class 1 a month ago. Has a big finish and if they run along upfront he will charge home late. One negative could be that the rail is in the E position (can be hard to make ground).

NEPEAN (10) – Likely leader here and will give a bold sight in front. Any on speed bias on the day will assist him. Winning chance without doubt.

SUPER WINNER (1) – Can race closer to the speed here from a better alley. He goes better on the Polytrack but off his last run, don’t be shocked if he gives a cheeky sight at long odds.

RACE 8

VERIZON (6) – Has been unlucky not to score in 10 career outings in Singapore. Has been racing well without winning and finds conditions to suit in this affair. Gets his chance to win.

YAYA PAPAYA (3) – Hard to knock on recent outings. Well suited in this affair over the track/distance and is well drawn to perform. Capable of contesting the business end on best credentials.

ALAMAK (14) – (Emergency) Consistent performer who appears well suited dropping back in trip to 1600m. Will get back from the wide draw but can finish over the top with a genuine tempo. Can give this a shake if he gains entry.

LUCKY HADA (1) – Handy performer who has been racing well. Awkwardly drawn but has the ability to overcome it and will appreciate the claim of Noh Senari. Worth thought.

RACE 9

GINGERELLA (10) – Won convincingly on debut in Singapore. Drops back marginally in trip and tries a new surface but will take beating with a repeat dose of last start. Commands respect.

MIGHTY CONQUEROR (3) – Consistent performer who is well credentialled for this affair. Drawn to work from the wide alley but finds a suitable task to contest the business end. Major player.

POLE PARADISE (5) – Experienced campaigner who has been tending to mix form in recent outings but this is the most suitable assignment he has contended in some time. Capable of bouncing back with the right breaks.

CALCULATION (9) – Won two in a row to start his career in Singapore before finishing well down the track when trying the turf surface for the first time. Returns to the Polytrack and has the upside to continue to improve. Consider.
