RACE 1

TAICHI BELT (5) - Officially finished second last start after losing the race in the Stewards' room when first past the post. Finds another suitable race with the services of Vlad Duric and certainly commands respect.
NORTHERN KNIGHT (2) - Was well beaten last start but drops back significantly in trip which is a decision that must be respected from this stable. Will likely be ridden cold from the wide alley in order to finish off strongly. Consider.
HERO STAR (6) - Hasn't had favourable draws in recent times but can bounce back here from the good alley. Has previously won over the track/distance, so don't ignore. In the mix.
MAJULAH (1) - Was well beaten last time out when returning from a lengthy break. Will strip fitter for this affair second-up and will appreciate the services of Michael Rodd. Worth including on best efforts.

RACE 2

GOLDEN YEARS (5) - Has performed well in two career runs in Restricted grade. Has since trialled well and looks primed to break maiden status in this affair. Expect bold showing yet again.
GAMELY (2) - Has been racing well without winning in recent times. Brings the most race experience to this affair which is certainly a positive and finds conditions to suit again. Major player.
SUPER POSH (10) - On debut in Singapore. Has only had the one trial leading into this but it was certainly a smart one. Leading rider Vlad Duric takes the ride so must be respected. Watch market.
PRESENT (7) - On debut in Singapore. Has trialled well leading into this affair this week so the fact that the stable are pressing onto raceday is certainly a big push. Monitor betting and parade.

RACE 3

SUN GENERAL (3) - Last three runs in this grade, has been knocking on the door. Winner without a penalty last time - just got beat in a desperate finish last time. Today, cuts back 100m - strong pace will help jockey's riding tactics.
ANGEL HALO (1) - Been in good form recently on the Polytrack. Won and second last time over 1800m. Olivier Placais keeps the ride and if he continues to keep the horse at the head of the field - will be able to go close over the shorter distance.
HOOGA NET (4) - Won 1600m on Polytrack on July 1 and retained some form for its next two runs. Forget last run over the 1200m - this horse prefers longer distances. Gets a better draw and can deliver.
STORM RYKER (2) - Interesting to see that this recent sprinter jumps up to 1700m. What is even more interesting is that Glen Boss takes the ride. Include in the exotics.

RACE 4

LIM'S RHYTHM (3) - Very consistent horse. Always features in the finish. Is useful on the turf over the 1400m and the mile. Last time in Open Grade lost by half-a-length to Centurion. Vlad Duric has to contend with a wide 13 draw - but on June 17 over 1600m - horse came out of stall 11 and lost by half-a-length. Can go close.
ACCUMULATION (2) - Jockey Ryan Curatolo has built a good relationship with the horse. Two rides and two seconds. Was not too far behind Wonderful Paint on September 7 over the mile on the Polytrack. Bit of a leap of faith that the horse can transfer its Poly form onto the turf.
ORDOS LEGEND (1) - Behind Lim's Rhythm back on October 5 in this grade over 200m extra. Was only about 1.5 lengths behind the winner. Has a nice draw - can get into the finish.
LOVE ME TENDER (6) - Form looks average - but can pop up in the exotics. Last time on turf - was running on to finish ninth and last time on Polytrack was finishing well over the mile. So, if Olivier Placais can get a tune out of Love Me Tender - he can be in the exotics.

RACE 5

VENUS DE MILO (7) - A long-standing maiden here in Singapore in 21 starts but her recent form suggests a win is around the corner. Has performed well over the track/distance in two recent starts and finds conditions to suit again.
EVIL SPEEDO (3) - Won impressively over the track/distance last start in the same grade. Climbs in weight but must be considered as a winning factor with a repeat dose. Major player.
POWERFUL AS WIND (8) - Tends to mix form but finds a suitable assignment from a good draw. He's better than his last-start effort suggests, so consider again. In the mix.
NEO'S CLASSIC (4) - Forget last start when he raced over an unsuitable journey. Will appreciate the step-up in trip from a good alley and will certainly enjoy the claim of four kilos from Iskandar Rosman. Must include.

RACE 6

DRONE (12) - Always flies at the finish! After an average run in the Group 2 Aushorse Golden Horseshoe - has come back to form in this grade. Likes the minimum trip and should be at the forefront at the business end. Will go close.
RACER KING (5) - Came back to form last time - narrowly beaten in a dead-heat race last Sunday. This is the cliched - "winner without a penalty" finishing close in a blanket finish. Positive booking of Daniel Moor on board.
PIONEER SEVEN (4) - Performed well in Class 3 getting a third back on September 9. Dropped into this grade last time out and was leading until Calculation came by the horse. Mohd Zaki takes a kilo off and if he stalks the early pace from a wide draw - can get into the frame
DASH (8) - Building a nice resume - beat Drone back on August 24 - handicapper hammered him with seven points and has gone up another point after a good third last time. In the handicapper's grasp now - but include in the exotics

RACE 7

MILITARY MIGHT (7) - Back to his best last time with a good second to Sacred Magic on September 25. That should put the horse spot-on for today's effort and retains Vlad Duric
HIGH STREET (8) - Has good form on the Polytrack. Only win was against Raptor back on August 31. Has a better draw today in stall two - can go well
TURF BEAUTY (1) - Form has been average - but has a positive booking with Michael Rodd on board. Can feature in the finish
REALLY CAPABLE (2) - Is getting closer with every run in this shallow form race. Was beaten nearly three lengths last time. Amirul Ismadi takes two kilos off. Can improve.

RACE 8

CAPTAIN JAMIE (2) - Class dropper from Kranji Stakes A to Kranji Stakes C. Fits in nicely against the field. Last won over 1200m on Polytrack - before that, was placed over seven furlongs on the turf. This four-year-old gelding should have too much for this race.
ZAC ACE (4) - Last time winner over course and distance. If Captain Jamie does not show up - then Zac Ace will salute! Won nicely from a wide draw in 10. Today gets the 11 draw and apprentice jockey Simon Kok Wei Hoong takes three kilos off. Last two times, Zac Ace ran the Polytrack mile - won both times. Include in forecasts.
KEY SUCCESS (5) - Very consistent lately - placed in all four races. Won two back over course and distance - but handicapper put horse up eight points and is up one more after last run. Has too much to do to win - but can be placed.
VALUE OF JUSTICE (1) - Has competed at the highest level - was third in the Group 1 Perak Derby. Since coming onto the red dot - has been improving. Catch the horse now third up at Kranji.

RACE 9

PENNYWISE (4) - Finished fourth behind Lim's Lightning in the Group 2 Aushorse Golden Horseshoe last preparation. Had a freshen-up and returned with an impressive victory on the Polytrack surface. Switches back to the turf and steps up to 1400m. Respect.
LORD OF CLOUD (11) - Finished midfield behind Mr Clint in the Singapore Guineas and has been racing well in recent times. Will appreciate the step back in trip and is capable of figuring at the business end on best efforts. Major player.
ENCHANTED MISTER (5) - Handy performer who is lightly-raced and appears to have upside to further improve. Somewhat disappointed last start but can make amends in this affair. Must be considered.
PRINCE PEGASUS (3) - On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials from Australia and must be included. Hasn't been asked the question in recent trials so watch the market.

RACE 10

VERIZON (4) - Has performed well in five runs to-date in Singapore without winning. Appears tested somewhat from the alley but has been knocking on the door and certainly finds a winnable assignment. Expect bold showing.
SACRED MAGIC (2) - Won impressively last start when starting favourite. This assignment appears tougher but is well drawn to repeat the dose and will appreciate the claim from Zuriman Zulkifli. Major player.
LIM'S ZOOM (3) - Has developed a serious record in a relatively short career. Performed well over the track/distance last start and gets conditions to suit again. Must be considered.
BLACK QUAIL (8) - Has been knocking on the door in recent times. Finds another suitable assignment and will appreciate the services of the leading rider. Must be included in the mix.
