Sale Race 7 @ 4:15pm )

MISS TWO PAIRS has been racing well and is back in grade with a claim. Draws low and races handy and gets her chance. HARD TO KISS tends to be slow off but won well this grade at Moe before a forgive run. Comes back in trip but that shouldn’t bother in this line-up. QUEEN GORGO is back from Queensland and is a watch on resumption. SELECTION: : The race sets up well for # 8 Miss Two Pairs.

Mt Barker Race 6 @ 7:25pm)

RIPPER RIO is a well-performed galloper resuming for the Williams camp with Pike booked. Comes off a Belmont trial win and will have been set for this rich sprint. Draws out but picking he’ll cope and he’s sharp fresh. DREAM LIFTER is one of only two horses in the handicap and just missed in a Group 3 resuming and then pulled up with an issue in a Group 1. A big weight but is well-suited and is sure to race boldly. ASTRONOMITE resumes and rates well at best. Has trialled well and looks well-in. RED ORA resumes for a new yard off a trial win and is capable at best. Gets the blinkers again. SELECTION: : Team Williams should have #9 Ripper Rio ready to go.

Ararat Race 5 @ 1:58pm)

DIVINE COMMAND has been racing well without winning. Missed a nose the latest heavily-backed and the Weir galloper looks better than these. FOR ALL WE KNOW comes off a deserved Maiden win as favourite and can go on now. NOYA was good at the Valley and had no luck after. Can also be fighting out the minors. PRIME SUSPECT next. Selections: : Very keen on # 5 Divine Command.

Gawler: Race 7 @ 4.55pm (AEDT)

BALLISTA ran on well and proved too strong when scoring at this course and distance first up. Lightly raced mare with upside so expect her to take another step forward. TRUENO was far from disgraced when fourth in the city last start after a Balaklava win. Has the claim to offset the big weight and has a good record here. OUTINTHESTREET won his maiden at the track and trip first up. Could progress. SELECTIONS: The progressive #5 Ballista to go back to back from #2 and #4.
